One of the units had a small shower with a shower head that only sprayed to a corner, making it difficult for taller people.

Our stay at Valentine Lakeside was a great value for the money. The room was cozy and had a cute retro cabin vibe. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. We really enjoyed the kitchenette and the porch swings outside.
The breakfast offerings could have been better. Maybe some more variety or a better location for the TV would have made it even more enjoyable.

Valentine Lakeside was like stepping back in time to a 1950s lakeside cabin retreat. The retro cabins were adorable and the surroundings were peaceful and serene with beautiful trees and easy lake access. The fishing hut was a nice touch and the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the multiple outdoor seating areas, especially the porch swings, and the kitchenette was perfect, particularly the table.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, close to Marble Falls and state parks. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to resolve a pricing issue. We loved the peaceful and serene setting, with lots of outdoor seating options and porch swings. The kitchenette was a bonus, especially the table.
Breakfast items could have been more varied.

We got a great value for our money at Valentine Lakeside. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the lake from our back patio. The location was convenient, close to Marble Falls and state parks. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, quickly resolving a pricing issue we had. We can't wait to return with our kids for a relaxing vacation.
The only improvement that could be made is to provide a better location for the TV. It was placed on a table between the beds, making it difficult to watch at night.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The shower in our unit was extremely small and the shower head only sprayed to a corner, making it difficult to shower comfortably.
